🌱 What is Bloom Aroma Box?

Bloom Aroma Box is a monthly aromatherapy subscription delivered right to your door. Each box includes premium essential oils, a seasonal DIY project, recipe cards, and wellness items curated around a monthly theme.


📦 When will my box ship?

All subscription boxes ship between the 1st and 5th of each month.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your box leaves our warehouse.

If you subscribe after the 5th, your first box will arrive the following month.


💳 When will I be billed?

You are billed on the same date you first subscribed, every month (or every 3 or 6 months if you choose a prepaid plan).


🔄 Can I skip a month?

Yes! You can skip a month anytime through your customer account.
Just log in, select your subscription, and choose “Skip.”


❌ How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime — no commitments.
To cancel:

  1. Log in to your customer account

  2. Click “Manage Subscription”

  3. Select “Cancel Subscription”

Your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.


🎁 Can I buy just one box without subscribing?

Yes! We occasionally offer one-time boxes and gift boxes while supplies last.
Check the “Gift Sets” or “Shop All” collection to see available single boxes.


🍋 Do the scents and items change every month?

Yes! Every box follows a new theme with new oils, blends, and DIY kits.
We announce each theme on our homepage and social media.


🌸 What comes in each box?

Every monthly box includes:

  • 2–3 premium essential oils

  • A seasonal DIY aromatherapy project

  • Step-by-step recipe card

  • Safety + usage guide

  • A curated scent theme

  • Bonus wellness tips or tools

We keep each month exciting, fresh, and intentional.


💧 Are your essential oils pure?

Yes — we only source high-quality, pure essential oils with no fillers, synthetics, or additives.


🕯️ Are the DIY kits beginner friendly?

Absolutely!
Each box includes a simple step-by-step recipe card. No experience needed.


🎉 Can I gift a subscription?

Yes! You can purchase:
✔ A monthly subscription
✔ A prepaid 3-month or 6-month gift subscription
✔ A one-time gift box (when available)

Gift notes can be added at checkout.


🚚 Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within the United States only.
International shipping may be added in the future.


📬 My box arrived damaged — what do I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo at:

Log in to your customer account and update your:

  • Shipping address

🧘 What if I have sensitivities to certain scents?

We list all ingredients + oils in every box.
If you need to skip a month due to a sensitivity, you can do so at any time from your account.
